Spine Assessment

This is where everything starts. We identify the mechanical driver of your pain, your classification, and your tolerance to load. From here, we define your starting phase and build your progression plan.

  • Goal Setting: What you get:

    - Mechanical classification (not just symptoms)

    - Directional preference and movement strategy

    - Initial Reset phase plan

    - Clear progression roadmap

    Discuss goals, challenges, and expectations to design a personalized plan.

  • Progress Benchmarking:
    Establish baseline metrics to monitor improvements over time.

This is not a generic assessment. It’s the foundation of your full rehabilitation process.

1:1 Personal Coaching

For on-going 1:1 in-person training, we have 45-minute sessions you can book as and when you need once you have completed The Initial Assessment. We also offer 1x, 3x and 5x packages based on your goals. Use your packages as discussed with your Coach.
